One night stays are normally available midweek and Sunday nights. A two night minimum stay may be required over weekends. Longer stays may be required for public holidays, school holidays and major events.

Cleaning fees
A fee of NZ$95 per booking covers all cleaning and laundry for two-night stays or longer. A cleaning fee of NZ$150 applies for one-night bookings. Up to 4 guests are included in this fee, an additional $20 per guest beyond four.
